Fyodor Dostoevsky, aside from his intelligent structure use of epilepsy by combining it into novels, essential idea "a moment happiness is worth a lifetime" was perhaps stimulated epileptic aura. As mentioned in the article, he presented first signs early adulthood, but only diagnosed decade later. For diagnosis, even Sigmund Freud, father psychoanalysis, theorized and wrote book precisely for Fyodor's condition. Later, modern era with new prognosis types, so many neurologists constant referral on books novels realized had suffered temporal lobe epilepsy. The most influential this comprehension Brothers Karamazov (1879-1880). Freud defined as powerful novel story ever written.
